A powerful new single by Davy Clincart Maddock and Mairi Campbell (Sex in the City – Auld Lang Syne – Pulse)

Come to your senses was inspired by the beauty on the island of Lismore and a recent directive from the Angelic realm that for human kind to wake up the only way is to reconnect with nature, to come to our senses, literally. Other words came from a poem written by Lucinda Pearce Higgins. The words tumbled out during a recording session one afternoon in Davy’s recording studio on the island.

“There are many ways to interpret the lyric, but I believe them to have a universal message asking us all to look again at the world and question the direction in which we are all being taken.” Davy.

Mairi has deep family roots on the island of Lismore and a studio where she works on her own shows and runs music retreats. A unique voice in contemporary Scottish music, Mairi forges a route between contemporary and traditional music with her instruments ,voice and viola leading the merry dance.
